- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
