Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and instant yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Add salt and all-purpose flour, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and turn it out onto a floured surface. Divide into 10-12 pieces.
- Shape each piece into a roll and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the rolls and allow them to rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) during the rising time.
- Make slashes on top of each roll and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
