- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, chop the bell peppers and onion.
- In a bowl, combine the beef strips with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, add sliced bell peppers and onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Return beef to the wok, add remaining marinade, stir to combine, and cook for another 2 minutes.
