Description

Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is a decadent, rich, and satisfying dish that combines creamy Alfredo sauce with fettuccine pasta, ground beef, and crispy bacon, making it a perfect comfort food for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once boiling, add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Then, drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Fry until crispy, allowing the fat to render. Remove the bacon from the skillet and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Keep the bacon fat in the skillet for added flavor.
  3. In the same skillet with the bacon fat, add the ground beef. Cook over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula until browned and cooked through. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Reduce the heat and add the heavy cream to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Add the cooked fettuccine and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy Alfredo sauce. Top with the crispy bacon and mix thoroughly.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave or stovetop, adding a splash of milk to loosen the sauce.
  • For lighter options, substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken.
  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and combined with the pasta just before serving.
  • It can also be frozen for up to a month; ensure to thaw and reheat thoroughly.
