Instructions

  1. Melt 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1/2 cup of unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Mix in 1 cup of brown sugar, followed by 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir in 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Combine 1 cup of crushed graham crackers with 1/2 cup of melted butter, then press into cupcake liners to form a crust.
  4. Blend 1 package of softened cream cheese with 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract until creamy. Add 1 egg and mix until incorporated.
