Instructions
- Melt 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1/2 cup of unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in 1 cup of brown sugar, followed by 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir in 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- Combine 1 cup of crushed graham crackers with 1/2 cup of melted butter, then press into cupcake liners to form a crust.
- Blend 1 package of softened cream cheese with 1/3 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract until creamy. Add 1 egg and mix until incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cup.
- Spoon brownie batter on top of the cheesecake layer, filling cups almost to the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until tops are set.
