Instructions
- Wash and hull the fresh strawberries, then slice them into thin pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens and sliced strawberries and gently toss together.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, champagne vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
