Ingredients

  • 2 packets of ramen noodles
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste (optional for spice)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Cook the ramen noodles for 3-4 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 1 minute, then add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
