- 2 packets of ramen noodles
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste (optional for spice)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Cook the ramen noodles for 3-4 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 1 minute, then add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Mix soy sauce and chili paste in a bowl, pour over vegetables, and let simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add drained ramen noodles to the skillet, toss well with sauce and vegetables, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
